Rise Beyond Dreams Youth Leadership Academy
The Rise Beyond Dreams Youth Leadership Academy is a transformational summer empowerment experience created to help youth ages 12–18 build confidence, strengthen communication skills, develop leadership abilities, and grow emotionally through mentorship, interactive learning, and personal development activities.
The program is designed to create safe, engaging, and inspiring spaces where youth can discover their voice, overcome challenges, and build the confidence needed to lead in school, at home, and within their communities.
Program Format
Weekly Youth Leadership Intensive Sessions
3-Day Weekly Structure
Tuesday – Thursday
2.5–3 Hours Per Session
Program Goals
The Rise Beyond Dreams Youth Leadership Academy aims to:
Increase youth confidence and self-esteem
Strengthen communication and public speaking skills
Develop leadership and teamwork abilities
Teach healthy coping and emotional wellness strategies
Encourage goal setting and future planning
Promote positive peer relationships and decision-making
Equip youth with practical life and leadership skills
Inspire youth to discover purpose and leadership potential

The Rise Beyond Dreams Youth Leadership Academy is more than a summer program.

We are proud to have successfully completed our inaugural Confidently Speaking Adult Public Speaking Workshop! Thank you to everyone who participated and invested in building their confidence, communication, and leadership skills.
